Classic restaurant in the hot place of Chennai City. Had Breakfast and Dinner . Ambience is unique and classic . They maintain the place with hygiene. Looks more like a live counter. They cook most of dishes in front of us. Wanted to highlight an issue that I faced during my dinner visit. We ordered plate of idly for my kid. While she was eating we came across a thread from the idly cloth in idly. Did not expect such a blind quality check in such a great restaurant. Raised it immediately with the staff and they provide a different plate of idly though. But such things needs to be taken care. Other wise not other complaints.

It's our third time here. Food and service is very good. Especially the guy named Balu, we loved his service. Will visit again soon. Chettinadu veechu is Highly recommended.
It was good atmosphere and food wise good but not that much tastier as expected and only vegetarian restaurant.. falooda also not upto mark it was full of fruits and only one scoop of ice cream.

Stumbled upon thisbeautifully decorated place on passing. Food was homely, ambience - old school and laid back. Service - excellent! One their displays seemed to suggest special discounts for farmers over 60, the physically challenged and pregnant women.
Yesterday we went for the dinner....all the dishes are damn good especially starters and dry fruit shake. Also service and atmosphere is very nice ... Price is acceptable for the food

This place only takeaways and delivery in Swiggy and Zomato. First the quality of food I would give a 5+++. The taste was exactly like home food. I don't have any disadvantage for their service.
