Very worst service. Don't ever give your vehicle for servicing in S.K.Wheel-Khopoli. Body shop service advisor's behavior is very rude. Worst experience after giving vehicle here. Company need to improve the service quality towards customer. I will never ever recommend anyone to give their vehicle for servicing or for body work in S.K.Wheel-Khopoli. I gave my vehicle for body shop work and wanted to claim for insurance but Body shop service advisor is not listening to me while explaining the actual scenario of accident, he was neglecting me by saying that "You are lying". I had a conversation with mechanic, mechanic said Body shop service advisor demands money if we want to claim for insurance. Main thing is he fitted wiper motor and didn't gave the bill saying that labour cost is high, it will be costlier for you, bla..bla..bla.. I didn't wanted to create mess as I was not having time. So, I paid and left the showroom.
Acual paid bill & printed bill is differance. Foglam stolan & How indicaed immidiately. we are required refund whatever it may be. Service is not good. Next time will decid another service center. Pl ring me.pl.ring me immidiately. Next time will decide. Pl. Return amt of foglamps whatever it may be. Deliberatly sombody has stolan from garage.
Worst experience...fog lamps went missing after paid service.and changed for other pair of lamps in next service.fooling aged customers who trust service center. Rewriting review...Thanks for taking action on issue...
Service Advisor listens to complaints and attends to them in a great manner. The service quality is also great.
I was here to fix my car's side mirror, unfortunately mirror was out of stock. But the staff is so friendly and helpful.
