Room and washroom is good. Only the problem is bike parking. Parking is not there. if I go before 7 pm we can park inside the mansion. Otherwise need to park outside parking anytime. It is difficult to manage without parking. Costly bike how it's possible to park outside?
This mansion offers very good accommodation at affordable prices, with neat and clean rooms and restrooms. It is equipped with CCTV and WIFI, and smoking is prohibited. I highly recommend it to all the PG looking guys.

The rooms are good for the price. Single room rent is 2,100Rs per month and for 3-sharing its 1,800Rs. Yes!, There is almost no difference in the rate between single and 3-sharing. Food is not provided. Facilities include - Security CCTV surveillance 24/7 water supply. Very good electricity up time. Power disruption is less. Single room is very limited and chances for vacancy is very less. 3-sharing and 2-sharing rooms available. 5 minutes to guindy Industrial Estate bus stand. 2 minutes to Alandur metro station. 2 minutes to kattippara junction. 15 minutes to Chennai airport.
One of the best PG you can avail in Guindy. Pros Rent is affordable Bathrooms are common but cleaned properly. Rooms are well maintained with locker facilities. Friendly staff. Fast wifi, 24x7. Cons No washing machine. Drinking water is not available (but the owner will provide contacts to buy drinking water). No pillows provided.

This PG is the most economical option to live in , in this area I live in a 2 sharing room and it is small but enough, all my needs are satisfied, you have to buy food from nearby as they don't provide food which is actually not a problem as you can get food from nearby restaurants (like Madras cafe ,anbu restaurant etc) , YOU HAVE THE CHOICE TO EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT Free internet+ water for washing and bathing+ beds to sleep on, full clean up on a weekly basis , life is good what else you want in a PG. This is the best PG to live in, so happy and grateful I got this PG
