SK Hospital - Private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

No one should go to SK hospital even if they get a cold. Let me share my experience with the public. My mother underwent a surgery on 27/11/2023 in the morning and got a room in the evening after a full checkup. When I got the room, it smelled bad. At that time, I informed the hospital PRO (Public Relation Officer- Sunitha) and after checking the room, she behaved very badly with my sick mother and me and told me that if you don't want to stay here then get the discharge immediately (time 8.30 pm). A person who misbehaves with a patient like this has been appointed as a Public Relations Officer by the above authorities. Has the management given the necessary training to the lady. There is no code of etiquette for how to treat the patient and the bystander. And this is a kind request to my dear people to go to other hospital instead of coming to this hospital. Our lives and loved ones are too big for us. I believe there is no need to explain to you how the management treats a patient and the reaction of the rest of the staff. And we have the sufficient evidence regarding the misbehaving of the PRO to us.

I have visited for the treatment of my mother-in-law. All the staffs behavoir is polite, friendly and professional. Gastro department has well experienced doctors. Rooms are clean and nurses and supporting staffs are providing the best care to patients.

Hospitals are one of the institutions that must stand with the common people for their needs. Thiruvananthapuram Edapazhinji SK Hospital service is going very bad. The staffs are totally rude to the patients who come there. PRO Sunitha needs to be highlighted. Their behavior is very deplorable. My friend's mother had a bad experience from them.. Can anyone go to this hospital with staff like this???very bad

Recently visited SK hospital from Knee problems. The service i received from the Ortho Department is excellent. The supporting staffs and nurses are very polite and attentive.

Govt . Hospital in Kerala is far far better . Please don't take your beloved one's to this hospital. Totally unorganised staff and pathetic management.There blood sample collection area and lab is the worst part.

Came here for the consultation post surgery for my grandfather. The consultation timing of Dr Arshad of Cardiology department was from 10am to 1pm as informed from the hospital. The Dr started his appointment at 12pm . There are many patients waiting here for consultation . Patients who are supposed to take medicines at noon are also waiting here. This is not the first time I am encountering such issue with the same Doc. Does the hospital even care for their patients or are they just here to loot money. Guys please avoid this hospital if you can...writing this from my personal experience.

Very poor customer service management that doesn't value patients time at all.. Still looking at the outside condition no additional facility has been made for parking and lift operation is very poor. If you want to go to the sixth floor, you have to wait for a long time, I made an appointment today 10th of last month at 9 30 for a scaning.. It is now 12:40 and the token has not been called yet.. I just got to know that the doctor I need to see this scan report will be off duty from here at 1pm No idea what to do Very bad service.

In 2022 my father's mother was admitted in this hospital, (as we thought of getting a good service), But 1)they didn't provided room in first case and we had to fight to get one 2)also no proper care from nurses was provided . This time , as this hospital is closer one to home we took my mother's mother as she was having high fever 1)nurses are there , but no proper services for the fees they charged was given . 2)also we understood, they don't really care whether the patients are fine , and their diseases are cured . To the prestigious institution, so many people depends on your service, people have to be satisfied for what they pay .
