Literally the most unprofessional and unmaintained gym I have ever been to. No proper trainers or anything. Would not recommend anyone to waste their time here
I took PT for 3 months; my selected instructor left after 15 days general trainer was promoted as personal trainer. He was not at all serious didn't correct posture was busy guiding other while giving Mee personal training

Gold gym is very bad gym 1 year ago lied to me and took full money from me for one year they told me that 40% off is going on now so I had paid full payment for 1 year so much lied Hai Gol Gym people, till now my payment is not returned, they said that it will be started in 10 days, after 10 days they said that it will be done in 1 month, this did not happen, till six months, I kept going back and forth with them, but till now my money is not returned. The lamp is very bad, people of gold gym should not do this to anyone, if they can, they should not go to the gym.
Gold Gym is best gym in vesu gujrat,there Trainor are so polite and helpful, respectivel person, environment of gym is so far good please visit and join and achieve your goal
I'm a member of this gym, i had joined them during COVID and they follow all the protocols strictly.
The gym is adequately sized and clean and well priced.
The staff and the trainers are very helpful, all the instrument are in good shape and working properly, they have a separate area to do compund exercise which is rare.
Changing area is also sanatized properly.
Big name but staff members of GOLD GYM VESU SURAT are disgusting and very rude, specially the manager of this gym VISHAL, who behaved very unprofessionally and rude,

Its a very good place for people who want to spend less money and get many benefits. The gym equipments are very modern. The prices are pretty affordable. The trainers are certified and the staff is also very disciplined. There are MMA( mixed martial arts ) and zumba classes.
Good gym if you are experienced, not for beginners as the trainer's just dont care.
They will complete your 1 hour workout in 30 minutes no warmup no stretching and not so good DJ.
