SJK Green Berry Resort, Yercaud - Resort hotel in Sengadu - Salem, India

Excellent food and shown hospitality well behaviour of staff nice spending with family. We have done family get-together of around 35 veterans from Indian Air Force with family and children. The children play ground facility are available in the resort for play. Children can enjoy the play ground. Night time enjoying with camp fire by singing and dancing with family and children. We cannot forget this stay in this hotel. Blindly you come here then they take over and care you all during your stay. I am tied to give maximum 5 Star only, otherwise I would have been given more star than 5 Star.

Good service... Mr.Prashanth was very kind... Served good food .. Geyser was good .... Bed,TV, Neat rooms... But room was not furnished, Half way constructed- that shld be finsihed.... Rent was high for that room...

Had a bad experience with them, the management was really horrible. They claim to be family friendly but they really don't care . They let all the guests suffer by letting out the garden and putting loud music and dj till night 12:30. Highly unresponsive and incapable management.

The place is very beautiful. Surrounding with all greenery. The location is also good. The water inside the bathroom was yellowish and smelly.

Dont fall for the photos of the resort. Rooms are very bad, stains on walls doors. tv remote dont work. View is very average. Resort look is very good and posh but rooms are big minus. Food to room service is very bad. Campfire is ok. Kids play area is big plus.

It was a fantabulous time spent at this property, from the time booking till check out we were taken personal care in very professional way.. especially our kids and my elderly parents had a wonderful time there.. delicious Food.. seriously didn't expect such a nice desserts there.. my aunt literally got some recipes of dessert from the chef.. it's really a 24 hours kitchen. Each and every penny spent is worth!! We only missed camp fire due to rain We want to thank the entire team for making our summer holiday such a memorable time. Keep it up. Highly recommend property

A right place to chill your heels. Great hospitality from the management and tasty food too. Pleasant natural ambience with ample space for kids entertainment & relaxation. Has scope for improvement from house keeping point of view and given the friendly & hardworking staff cum management, it will be achieved soon. Heartfelt thanks to GM Mr Sandeep & his team for making our stay a refreshing one.

Mr. Karthik (The Manager) was very friendly and co-operative. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The ambience is spot on and the rooms are neatly kept and it safe for women travellers in solo trip. We were 2 women and it was safe and comfortable. The food is also great with a wide range in the cuisine
