Sizzling stay - Resort hotel in Yercaud, Kombaikkadu - Salem, India

Bad quality stay and service. The stay was very close to the heart of the city. But the worst thing is that the rooms were smelling,and the room service is the worst . We had booked 4 beds and had asked them 3extra bedsheets in the morning but they didn't even acknowledge our words. They gave us only 2 bed sheets telling us only 2 are available. And the quality of bedsheets were very bad too.they looked very old. No towels, toiletries or water bottle is provided until asked . No in-house cook available so no food. But they have a kitchen and dining area. Avoid booking a room here and get something cheaper and better.

Very poor rooms and services, expectations and reality of the room photos differs a lot. No proper blankets and everything stinks and No hot water for bathing facility and it didn't work properly. We booked for a deluxe room but ended up in 3-bed dorm, even they didn't provide other room also and finally ended up giving reason as no rooms available.

Very very bad smelly hotel and not suitable for recent family stay. No power at all, no restaurant., no food, no phone in room, no staff will attend any issues if we raised complaint. Especially no HOT water. Water not working in the all rooms. Bed bugs and dirty mattress & uncleaned blankets. I guess Other good reviews is given by their staff only. I came here since they sent different photos. But completely disappointed. Entire structure looks like unused dirty building.

Only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the city Center. Rooms(4000 per night for 3 person) are dingy. Flushes are slow and Bidet doesn't work. Service is pretty slow at times. You have to be careful with Geyser since it works on gas. Our work room's geyser was not working and it started leaking gas. Room was filled with gas smell then we had to get the room changed. Definitely not worth the price that you pay. Most of the 5 star reviews that you notice in Google and Booking.com seems to be fake or paid review. Since most of them are given by one time reviewer.

The rooms are fine & clean.. The room which we stayed the fan wasnt working. As it was winter it was not a requirement. The hot water gas geyser wasnt working in the room.. I to fix myself even after complaining to the staff..

One of the best hotels i have stayed in the recent times. Booked 2 rooms for my family Great amenities and very courteous people. Good place for the kids with play area The food was also great. The breakfast spread was very good. They graciously couriered Thanks to Overall a great experience and i would certainly recommend this hotel.

The worst service i got all over till now ,of my entire travelling staying experience , i regret to pay Rs8000 for this hotel , we stayed there for 2days , the room provided for me isn't in good condition , the geyser isn't working properly , we need to call room service atleast 3-4 times , the receptionist is not provided us normal things used in bathroom , we need to force them , the room provided to us is in more worst condition they didn't even provided us the normal soap for washing hands , compare to others maybe we are bachelor that's why this much partiallity , another rooms which were provided to families and couples were fully furnished and clean , as we asked for changing room on reception after seeing it , they said to pay extra amount for it . No foods available , not even a water bottle !!

The charge for 1 night per room for 3 persons was 4000+ with poor facilities. The bunk bed and blankets are stinky, Tv provided in room is of no use it looks like 1980's model, cables are disconnected and couldn't fit to connect too. Fan speed adjusting knob is also removed which was couldn't repaired after repeated complaints also. Staying with family is really dangerous here, the looks of hotel guy towards ladies is scary. The location is not good for walking to the main road to reach lake or garden or park, the road way full of horrible drainage smell. The food which supplied at dinner is worst food I have ever eaten, packed in foil paper which smelling that paper itself and it's charged too. Not even drinking water, door mats and towels provided as complimentary after charging 4000+ also. Camp fire is also chargeable. Worst hotel ever seen.
