Worst food ever had in kovilpatti Yesterday we bought one chicken shawarma and one garlic noodles through zomato. Garlic noodles is full of oily can't able to eat that bcoz much of oil mixed on that noodles I ate chicken shawarma and my mum ate that noodles, Both we had facing food poison on that entire day and next day too Kindly request you to reducing oil and masalas too for considering peoples health. Don't eat these type of hotels, bcoz we have only focus on royal feel ambience but we didn't have to even think about that their preparation, how their kitchen be like, how they added masala and how much they use for that food Pls take food carefully

Good place to go with family, improvement required in delivery time. Yes for a good place huge crowd will come, you have to be prepared to keep the guest requirements on time 20 minutes ok. Some of the staffs required soft skills training in guest handling, the way they communicated spoiled that day out.

We chose this place mainly for ambience secondarily for food. But when we went today they closed all the theme based tables and regular or normal place is available for occupancy. So disappointed but can't complain on food it's good as usual. We are regulars to this restaurant on family occasions but may need to think twice for future visits.

Best Hotel for kovilpatti 4way travellers with clean rest rooms and easy on wallet restaurant prices. We visited three times and very much satisfied with the restaurant . Ambience is at its best.

The food is too good and cost effective compared to other multi cuisine Restaurants out there. Kudos to the team for their good service, hygiene and cleanliness. Special mention for the ambience of their entire property

Dont ever Plan to conduct any party in this restaurant! The food was good and the rate was too high. And the Hall was too small and they are charging 8k as rent separately apart from the Plate cost for each ppl! No compensation in rates too. Lastly they will ask service charge also! Too worst .

Their mutton briyani was below average. Other items are good. Their service are good, especially Mr.Kannan's service was good. Overall good place to spend some useful time.
