I ordered a mixed grill sizzler. That was pretty decent. The ambience of the restaurant was also very refreshing. But have to work on the restaurant's ventilation, there was smoke all over the restaurant and our eyes were watery because of the smoke.

It was a dine in experience and I ordered the first item on their menu, Mixed Grill Sizzler. So I will share those experience. The mixed grill platter was served in a burning hot cast iron square sizzler. On top there was a big scoop of flavoured white rice, French fries, mixed meat like Beef, Chicken and Sausage-those were bathed in brown gravy place on two cabbage leaves, A slice of bun with mayo and hard-Poached egg on top. Going to the positives, the place has got a good ambience, The staff were friendly and helpful, Chair was not comfortable as it was lacking lumbar support, but look nice and neat. Very nice interior design and there place was air conditioned for comfort. Nice and well designed menu with pictures to guide you. Beef in the mixed platter was very tender and juicy and well suited with the brown gravy.There were multiple payment options available. Honestly, I am not a big fan of fusion cuisine. The meat on the dish especially the beef tastes like Western "Beef stew/Roast beef with Rosemary flavour (It was really good and melts in your mouth)and goes well the brown gravy even sausage too. But not unfortunately the Chicken.! This with a combination of mashed potato would have been awesome.! But it came with rice. One slice of bun with loaded mayo felt like unnecessary but loved the hard poached egg. The French fries were ok. I would visit this place again to enjoy their other items.

I was visiting a nearby salon and suddenly I happened to see certain reviews of this place. So I thought of giving it a try and it didn't go bad. A small dining space with good ambience and very good service. They have different types of sizzlers available and actually I ordered korean beef ribs sizzler but since it was not available I ordered for a prawns butter pepper sizzler. It was indeed mouth watering. The presentation as well as each piece of prawns was really delicious. It had sufficient quantity for 1 person. They served the prawns along with sauted vegetables, French fries, bun and a poached egg and plain rice. The prices may not be acceptable to all but they serve decent amount for the price. So If you wanna have some good sizzlers in Kottayam give it a try. The exact location is Suburban square Kanjikuzhi Kottayam.

Atmosphere is great although it has a slight ventilation problem...but yet a good spot to hangout with both friends and family.The food service was good and same with the food taste. The food quantity is worth of the price. Tried the chammathi podi prawns and mixed grilled sizzler - Good one Must try the chicken briyani - the pieces were so tender and soft. Kothu porotta is also a recommended dish.Overall a great lunch experience

It is good to have places like these in Kottayam, adding a lot of good variety to the usual barbeques and Arabic grills. The sizzlers are thankfully not that smokey as usually found in other places, where it is so much that they irritate the hell out of other poor restaurant goers, who had no intention of buying any sizzler at all! The sizzlers are served hot on a hot plate, keeping it warm throughout. Unlike some places where they serve the sides together in a bowl, here they serve the sides separately. The sides included rice, bun with fried egg, French fries, and fried veggies. It was tasty, and the spices were moderate without burning your gut. The only grouse we had was that the portion of the sizzlers seemed a tad less, and we felt that we could have had more. We also tried the Kothu Parotta in the menu, which was also well done and wholesome.

Tried this place for the first time. We ordered one black beef tenderlion, chermoula grilled fish, 2 teriyakki chicken sizzler and a prawns butter pepper garlic. The prawns butter was salty. Beef was rubbery and fish was very dry. My small daughter is not a fan of poached egg. Because all their sizzler dishes had poached egg on a bun. I asked to make the egg well done and they kept on saying they do not have that option and the poached egg is made and kept. Insisted so much still they didnt. The first impression was so bad that we are not coming back for such poor service. You call it a sizzler joint without a proper sizzler knife to cut the beef. They expected to cut the beef with a butter knife. Apart from that the ventilation was very poor. The smoke was hovering inside the Resturant that we literally had a runny eyes eating our food. Dear Resturant owner, just simply apologizing to the post doesn't change things. Kindly provide options for the customers on egg, proper ventilation system and porper cutleries.

We were a group of 8.Ordered Kothuporotta,Chicken teriyaki,chicken sausage,mix grill,peri peri chicken versions of sizzlers..Each one was really tasty and really love to visit again.Thanks to team sizzle house.
