The coffee cup was damaged, and the content was severely compromised, making it undrinkable and far from the quality I had expected. I have attached photographs of the spilled and damaged coffee, which serve as evidence of the substandard condition in which the product was delivered. I believe it is only fair that I request either a full refund of the 150 rupees paid for the coffee or a replacement order of the same coffee at no additional cost. I understand that mistakes can happen in any business, but as a valued customer, I trust that my concerns will be taken seriously and that appropriate steps will be taken to rectify this situation promptly. I would like to emphasize that resolving this issue to my satisfaction would undoubtedly reaffirm my faith in your brand and encourage me to continue supporting your shop.
