I would rate 5 for salon services, Swati is courteous and treat her client Soo good. Ambience is great. But I would rate 3 for body spa services as they didn't give good service.

I got full body massage and steam. It was very relaxing, done by well trained staff at comparatively reasonable price. Best option in Basavanagudi.
