This is a fantastic gym! All the trainers are super nice. trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. My personal suggestion for weight loss is that you choose this gym blindly. They have all the facilities, like the best equipment. best trainers, best physiotherapists, and best nutrition It's a wonderful atmosphere to do a workout.
Six alpha is an friendly neighborhood gym. Some special attention about this gym is their Workouts - MCPT and others core areas are unique and very effective & particularly passionate in all areas. Very good gym breaking the stereotype than normal gym while planning the workouts.Trainers are also very motivating and providing personal attention to everyone. Diet plan also provided and physio are also available in the gym. Clean and neat. Good in maintenance too.. recommended for everyone!!!
Six Alpha is very well equiped and their workout sessions are very interesting. Exercises are frequently updated to keep things interesting and challenge us in doing better.
The trainers are very helpful, always encouraging to perform better. This gym is unisex but it is very comfortable to workout here.

I find the training at Six Alpha is more focused. The trainers are friendly and understand the basic-level health issues. Trainers motivate and engage the clients with a fitness goal. As a client, I find the sessions are fun-filled and goal-oriented.
Very good gym breaking the stereotype of the normal gym... treasure also very fair and personal attention to everyone was really surprising..... the group circuit work-out was really good.... and a separate floor for cardio workout....I personally love this gym

When I joined in the gym I was around 79kgs with hip size 39inchs. It's been a year now with them. The style of workout with them would be very nice and would help in fat loss. Their speciality is outdoor workout.
Now am weighing 68.600kgs with hip size 34. Gradual weightloss is best to strengthen us. Six alpha is the right place for that. Thanks to six alpha and team Adambakkam
