Would like to go once again to this place. Good kitchen. More like home food. Long live the cooks.

This hotel is near view point road, inside from the ghat road. We had located it on google map and reached there driving. May not be an easy walk. Ample parking space (open) is there on the view point road or at the back side road (dead end). We were little late so got the only available deluxe room. Room was ok if we ignore the thin blanket and small bathroom. TV sound was not good and must be replaced. The bed size, mattress, pillow etc was good. We have got complimentary breakfast next morning which was cooked and served well.Garden and kids play area is good and spacious.

I booked a semi-super deluxe room and got the booking confirmed but when I reached the Hotel, they demanded additional money stating that they have given me a Super deluxe room as semi-super deluxe is not available. The phone number provided in the confirmation slip is not functioning. Check out time stated in the booking ID is 12 noon but at the hotel, it is displayed as 10 am. The hotel is remotely located and can be accessed only if one has own vehicle. Even the Super Deluxe room is very small with very basic amenities. It does not even have a plug point for charging mobile. I had to disconnect the TV and use its plug point for this purpose. Though the service staff are courteous, their number is not sufficient and they are not able to cope up. Food choice in the restaurant is very limited.

while booking the room. was mentioned deluxe with complimentary breakfast. when I reached there and saw room, it was whole kind of mess. the rooms don't have phones to connect to the reception, and the wash rooms are so small that you wouldn't even fit in. and the bath towels where so dirty that they won't even give for laundry and they will dry it under the sunlight and give the same used one, if you don't ask soap in the reception they won't even give. They have mentioned there is a complimentary breakfast but they will provide only 3 small idlies and a cup of tea and for the rest you have to pay. there is no tooth paste or water bottle in the room. overall my experience with this hotel was very bad

24 June 2017 to 25 June 2017. High Rate with low amenities. Complementary food is not given to all the persons who stays.. we took 2 rooms(Leo& next to that) for 10 persons costed around 14k. 4 person can fill the cart in each room. Extra bed for two persons were not provided and was hard to sleep on sofa. No Enclosed Car Parking. No Shower. No Drinking water supply to the Rooms. Recreation items like Carrom board is damaged. Breakfast serving time was too late but the taste was not too good nor too bad... i have mentioned only the flaws with no offence. Pls. Take this feed back and serve the best....

Road side parking for Cars. almost 1km from main road with bad road. Near HP petrol pump. Free breakfast means 2 idli or dosa or pongal with a cup of tea. if u need anything extra it is payable. Food is very tasty. staff & management is polite, well mannered and helpfull. bathroom is not at all good. it doesnt have a health faucet. No mineral watter availability. towels are very old and not clean with so much stain. Amenities can be made a little better for getting value of money.

Room is ok. Understaffed so service is very slow especially if there is group booking. We were caught in situation where there was 3 team bookings. TIP: They have another property nearby which has an excellent view of Salem city lights in night. Do not belive the contact person who says yes for everything but does not deliver. The two star is for the staff who are hardworking and bear the customers anger for the fake promises made during booking.

Not a good place to stay with family. rooms are too small and toilet is extremely small. One mug and bucket is provided for all the things. 1300/- is a good amount and we can expect something out of it. Rooms were filled with bad smell, asked to put freshener many a times. This place is no where close to a resort, it should be termed as lodge. The play area that they have provided is very small and risky. Kids can get hurt with swing if they are playing on the slide, its that small. I will never recommend this place to anyone. very Bad experience.
