Worst hospital. They don't even know how to treat patients kindly. Those nurses are harsh and old fashioned. Paediatric doctor don't even have courtesy. If any doubts are asked his way of answering is rude. Poor response. Money minded. No updated doctors.

Worst hospital. Don't go there. From reception to doctor they only need money.

Before 2 months my sister was admitted for treatment in the hospital. The treatment was really good. will recommend my family and friends to the hospital. one thing want to bring into the notice of the management that a staff sudha in night sift made our night irritating. Her snoring was irritating the whole night, how come night shift nurse sleep without any responsibility. And the same staff asks for biriyani instead of chocolate. Such a bad experience. Kindly look into it. And take necessary action. Thx. Sorry this not to hurt any one. The good name of the hospital should not get corrupted due to issues like this.

Am very satisfied with the treatment given in Shiva Shakthi Hospital. Especially "Dr. Kesavan" who mingled as a family and took good care, also advised on don's and don'ts in a good manner which i liked and impressed, He is a multi talented person for the hospital. Staff"Kalyani" is very sincere and dedication in her work, she also treats the patients as a family. Her Polite Speech makes the patients cure very soon. Hospital should not loos such persons. We will refer our family and friends. The hospital was good maintained but cleaning to be improved a lot. Every thing is good but cleaning is bad. Kindly look into the cleaning, so that it makes the hospital more shine in coming days. Hope this review will be taken into consideration. Overall good

They couldn't diagnose appendices for my daughter even after 3days of pain and an ultrasound scan done by them . Eventually it ruptured and she had to undergo major surgery. Worst in diagnostic capabilities

Worst Hospital in Ooty . The nurses are not even respecting the patients in proper way . I came for taking for USG scan in this hospital . I came at mrg 9 clock and I was waiting more than 4 hours . They are getting good money but no response from the hospital

The worst hospital in Ooty. The staff members as to train. They don't know how to treat the patients. If you need go for emergency by evening or night I suggest to go to vijay Raj hospital. Great people are there. It's my personal experience.

I am not even intrested in giving this 1 star. One of the worstest duty doctor and nurses I had ever seen in my life. Only money consious. Surely I will not recommend this place. Everyone be aware.
