Awesome place to stay. Calm and cool area a little distance away from town. The rooms were spacious and neat, the linens were clean and the bathroom was great too. As we booked for 4 people we got an apartment like setup with a common hall. The rooms were naturally air conditioned, we didn't need to use the AC at all. Overall, a great budget stay for a family.

Rooms provide are clean and comfy. Hot water is available 24/7. No restuarant available, though few limited veg options are available, with an average count of 5-7. Has limited parking slots inside, which is sufficient. Location is off beat, but very good restaurants are available with in 5 Km ranges, but not at walkable distance. Residency Management allow you to order via Zomato and Swiggy. Overall, it's worth staying.

Excellent place to stay. Located in a calm colony, pretty peaceful from all that traffic/crowd of Coimbatore. Booking was a breeze, very reasonable rates. Oh and the rooms! They were amazing. Had booked 2 rooms so they allotted an apartment like block with two rooms and a common living room with amazing furniture. I haven't come across any hotel with such amazing rooms at such prices.

Nice place in a peacefull locality. This is called as serviced apartment but is actually a hotel serving breakfast and dinner along with room price. The food is awesome but is mostly south indian home style food. I love dosas and had a great time feasting on various types of dosas. This a vegetarian hotel but now served nice egg omlettes. The owner, Mr. Anand is a gem of a person always smiling and very down to earth. Absolutely recommended for working profesionals and this place is absolutely money's worth. Please avoid if you do not like south indian food at all.

it's a decently good hygienic service appartment. the rooms are neat, clean. the toiletries is re-filled daily. staff is courteous and helpful. the location of the hotel is little interior and one might not get local transport handily. however use any radio cab service and you can reach your destination. overall a good budget business hotel for stay.

The place is apartment style hotel where each room is divided into two special rooms. For e.g, room 201 will have 201A and 201B, which will share a common hall area with television, for a dining table and a balcony. The amenities here are good including the fast WiFi. They also have a dining place on the top floor where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food there is good and cheap. Room service was prompt. Everything is at 15 - 20 minutes distance from here and is approchable by cab.

Pleasant surprise! I went with my mother here ans stayed in one of their service apartments for a day. Excellent stay and I must compliment and management for their amazing hospitality. To top it all, the food - both breakfast and dinner - were homely and top class. Rooms and common areas were kept super clean. Very attentive staff. A special shout out to the front desk folks, especially the warm and polite Mr. Veeramani. This stay exceeded all our expectations and will remain as a plesant memory. Final verdict: This is a hidden gem - GO FOR IT!!!

Great property. Ideal for families travelling together. Surprisingly well maintained rooms, free WiFi, good linen. The service is impeccable. It's like a 3 star room at the price of a budget hotel. The only issue I faced was that the shower knob in my room was faulty.
