Feels like I am getting free ration from tamil nadu government. Very worst administration. I don't know why they are having token system. They don't follow the token system when reaching the doctor. You should stand one hour infront of doctors room with your child like waiting outside of class room for the punishment. They didn't consider the patient condition.

Doctor Uthara Raj is doing good service as always. But I feel they must change the waiting system. Please make a separate row for kids with high sickness. Also don't make parents stand for hours. Some people are let inside suddenly to consult doctor upon their arrival. Please don't do this when umpteen number of parents are standing patiently for hours. Prioritise emergency patients.

Very rude receptionist. Every people getting irritated by her face reaction and immature words she spoken

Doctor is very good but the receptionist and some staffs are very rude. They should have classes on how to behave politely with the visitors. Dear doctor, please take action on this otherwise the hospitals reputation will go off soon.

Excellent docotor and have sound knowledge. Appreciated his hard work and the way of taking care about the kids. "Very worst management mainly on the reception, lab assistant, staf nurse behaviours". Bringing the hospital in this level is very big task. Due this people/staff behaviours he is going to loose the patient soon. After 2 years now I visited the hospital, It is very worse than before. I think the doctor is very busy in taking care of the patient. Not even have minutes to listen and talk to the management team.

One of the best hospital for kids in pollachi and no doubt on it. But recently I went for my daughter's vaccination and they kept separate queue outside like covid ward in hospitals. Parents are carrying babies outside during rain and not allowed to go inside. I understand this is pandemic situation still we should give importance to babies and parents and they are also at risk when they stand in queue without any social distancing. Please reconsider and try for different options.

Some of the staffs are not kind... they r rude with atteneders of child patients ...... Will not give proper instructions....even for discharge....how will uneducated people will survive with their children??? I request Dr. Uttharraj (person of kindness) take care of those complaints...

Uttarraj doctor sir is very good and his level of treatment is the best. But the nurse around him is behaving badly to the people. She is not giving any respect and speaking people as this and that. This incident happened and when we complained to doctor sir, she is even shouting in front of doctor and for which the doctor sir apologized to us for his staff behaviour. She is not even listening to doctor, dono why doctor or the management didn't take any decision on this particular nurse. Nowadays as they are getting more patients and seeing more money, they are seeing patients as things and not considering us as human. I know doctor sir from childhood and he is the best. Because of these manner less people sir name and hospital name is getting damaged. Dear sir/ management please ask your staffs to behave properly not all the time people will accept this. If it keeps on like this, people will start avoiding your hospital due to lack of good hospitality. Also you are not doing any free of service, you are charging well to get treated, so please give respect to your patients/customer.
