Very satisfied with the entire experience ... came at 4AM with incessant cough and low pO2 of mid-70s and was immediately attended to in emergency and thereafter in the room. Would recommend to all friends and family over big hospitals, which even brings a doctor myself, find them intimidating. Keep the good job going guys!

I went through the entire birthing experience at Sitaram Bhartia and had an excellent experience throughout its course. The doctors, nurses and admin staff are competent, caring, and responsive. My main doctors were Dr. Kusum Lata and Dr. Namrita Sandhu. Throughout the nine months, it felt like they cared for me at a personal level, beyond simply discharging professional services. Even when there were hiccups in my condition or when I had doubts/challenges, I always felt listened to, safe, and well-cared for. The doctors also have a group practice --which means they operate as a group to a significant extent. Multiple doctors may treat the same patient, but all doctors are informed about the patients and the doctors may consult each other to deliver the final treatment. In case a doctor went on leave, transitioning to another was seamless. From my perspective, this made the overall outcome better than it would have been if we were required to rely only on a single doctor -- the whole is greater than the sum of its parts at SBH. They also try to achieve a natural birth, and minimise medication and intervention. Their informative classes, excellent nurses, and good coordination between radiologists, testing and doctors made for a very smooth journey in all respects. I highly recommend this hospital and doctors Kusum Lata and Namrita Sandhu to any expecting mother.

10/10 On 23rd March, I underwent a surgery at Sitaram Bhartia. 1. TPA desk is super efficient & helpful. Once my pre- approval was processed they even called & informed. 2. PAC Team & coordinator: while I had to go twice but coordination was simple. 3. IPD desk: I had to initially struggle with the room. But they arranged it under 20 mins. 4. Rooms: Clean with a window view 5. Cleaning, F&B: Very efficient & pro-active. 6. Nurse: In hospitals of this scale, one have to chase them down, here it was extremely professional. 7. Discharge Summary: I think they have the finest system in place. 8. Billing: Seamless

Dr. Shraban kedia is very excellent doctor sweet by nature ..he will definetly deserve.. he has put labour epidural to my wife and she has received excellent pain releif within 5 minutes. Now she is in labour but smiling .. god bless him for his great work . He is in excellent anesthesiste.. i will defineltly recommned everybody for his service..
