SITARA RESIDENCY - Lodge in Bhadrachalam - Bhadradri Kothagudem, India

No proper door locks and no hot water. Ac will be off, until you ask and demand to start AC, If you are in AC room. Very very bad experience. No lift. Toilets are not clean. Highlight things are No water in morning 8Am, No water in toilets. I don't understand why people are running such hotels...

Location is good. owners behaviour is cooperative. even my pet dog was allowed to stay with us. stairs r very narrow and reception is clumsy. Language problem with available boy as heq knew only Telugu. TV and water geyser were non funcional. Waste paper basket was not available. Room was thoroughly sanitized after check in. Room size is too small. It was not notified that break fast is inclusive in package. Late night I got it clarified, as the owner is very supportive, he managed breakfast from out side in morning. My checkout got delayed by 45 minutes. Overall experience is good. tariff is higher side as I paid rs... per day.

You get exactly what you pay for a hotel. Room looked to be clean, but like all hotel places I have stayed you get what I call "Black foot" when you walk in the room. The floors were not swept and moped properly. There was a musky smell in the room but bed was comfy and hotel is in a great location.

Good receiving staff. This hotel is very comfortable for one family two adults and two children. Staff clear all doubts.

Nice place to stay in bhadrachalam for low rates. Good service and clean rooms & washrooms.. Overall satisfied.

Not a satisfying experience I had. Room was not up to the mark, this hotel needs improvement by changing the washbasin, lock & key & doors. No food available so we had to take food from the outside. Location was nice 500 mt from the Temple.
