Very poor service by hotel management. Room provided was unhygienic, and in bad conditions, when asked to change owner behaved rudely and just wanted money. There was no one to pay attention over guests, we were treated like servants... NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
It's a big no to the people who are planning to have a stay on this property. Reason behind big no is the condition of property. The rooms are very dirty. Dharmshala rooms are better. They charged me 1500 for room no 401 but it was not even worth 400 rupee per night. Staff was ok but still it was very bad experience to have stay at this hotel. Wall were too dirty. Even the paint was coming out of walls. Toilets were so bas that public toilets were much better to use. I would say don't waste your money on this property.
The worst ever hotel. They charged 2000 for one night but room facilities were very bad. They gave us only one towel among 4 and that was very dirty. I don't even clean my shoes with that. They gave hs heater but its efficiency was poor. Next day we left at 9 am on our bikes and just next to 200 meters, traffic police was standing. They fined us for no entry as we were early by only 15 mins. The hotel manager didn't inform us. Very bad hotel
Very poor hygiene of the room we get bed bugs inside and also they charge huge amount for that garbage room, and we get bedsheet with the marks on them some with oil and other with black marks, the pillow cover are also not washed properly and the bathroom has old type of geyser which uses 40 min to warm the water, so its not value for money i suggest book a oyo instead near by. It will be hygienic and clean
Really BIG BIG NO NO NO, They gave room number 501 at the price of Rs.1300 per night and this room is on the top of the shed. Very small room. Actually, this is not the problem. The problem is the room is just pathetic not cleaned and the bedsheet or quilt looks like not been washed for the last month. I feel itching the whole night and not able to sleep. Not recommended at all.
I stayed there for a 1 day. Room was gud but if it's about cleaning or other things it's not gud at all bcuz they do not provide any dustbin in the room, washroom was not clean and no soap they had provided, bed sheet and blanket haven't clean. The thing what i like about my room is that top view from the window side, that's it. N yeah how can I forget about that big rat in the room oh god I know how I spent that night so m giving 2 stars just for the top view.
It's a decent place in Shimla. We had taken a room with a bunker bed and a normal bed. So it was comfortable for 4 people. Ambience was on the lower side of expectation. It can be used for just staying a single night while traveling. Multiple nights, I think there are better places.
