I recently had a delightful stay at Sitara Luxury hotel. The impeccable service and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. They have well explained and guided me with Ramoji film city tour as well.

The place was extremely quiet... the hotel staff explained that new hotels have opened in the main city centre of Hyderabad... so giving them stiff competition. The service we received was amazing from start to finish at every moment. The smiles, the warm welcome. Our best experience was in the restaurant. The food was quite good, lets say 7/10. However, the service was flawless. However, this is also mainly due to us being almost the only peopple waited upon since the hotel was a ghost town. In any case, we were made to feel very welcome and all the waiters / waitresses were very considerate and alert to our needs. The swimming pool area was fantastic to look at. Another highlight was the view of Ramoji Film Studio from our room on the 5th floor. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in style and enjoy their experience at the film studios.

The best hotel at Ramoji Film City. Rooms are spacious. Good responsive house keeping staff. Great view from the hotel. Choose the Lake view. Food and drink are good. Good behavior from the restaurant staff. Management staffs are also very friendly. I would rate 10 of 10

The stay at Sitara was great. I have opted for one of the Theme rooms, which added to our whole experience. The quality and service is topnotch as expected. The receptionist Miss Bhumi was very helpful in planning our days during our stay. Entire staff was very polite and were ensuring our comfort as customers at all times.

Everything was good. I would like to suggest to keep Ironing facility in each room. During rainy season to make ironing of cloths it will be helpful. I all 5* hotels this is must to have. This is missing in Sitara

It's a nice luxury hotel with neat rooms and ambience. The hotel service and hospitality is good. Film city tour explanation and guidance by bharathi is exceptional. Galaxy restaurant ambience, serving is excellent and they ensured top notch customer satisfaction. Overall it is a very good experience.

Great 5-star hotel inside the Ramoji flim city. They have excellent food. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had so far. Friendly and courteous staff. Loved the decor of the hotel. Looks like a palace from inside.
