1. The doctor is good but having long wait. 2. but the management is the worst, there is no queue as such they will make the patient wait for a long duration 3. One doctor in OPD to deal with 1000 of patients. Suggestion 1. Increase the number of doctors in OPD. 2. Provide the token if there is a long waiting and have to tell the patient to come after 1hour or few hours depending on the token waitinglist.

Words are not enough to describe the quality of this hospital. It's been around two years I'm consistently visiting This hospital for my mother and other family members eye problems. My mothers Right eye was totally damaged due to high blood pressure but Dr. Indrinil Shah has done tremendous work and after two surgeries my mother recovers around 30 -40 % vision which is good enough for her. Doctors, Nurses, Staffs even higher management officials are very polite and calm and always there for patients.best part is that treatment is very cost effective also and around 30-35% less than other hospitals.
