Very disappointing room. There intercom is disconnected so we have to go to reception everytime we need or require something. There are lots of cockroaches in the room. They charge even for a water bottle and even A/ c is not working properly.
Hall is good, But management is very rude and arrogant. They were very sweet till the event once they got full amount they didn't even respond and turned of AC after shouting they turn on with fan mode. If the room is cable for seating 200+ members but AC is for only 100 members.
Big spacious room but the room service is not satisfactory. Only if we ask them continuously they provide even normal drinking water. But friendly people at reception.
Worst staff I have ever seen, No maintenance at all, Will allow trans also into the hotel so Disgusting. My advice: think before booking this hotel
The Ambience is good, but the maintenance part is the worst I had ever seen. There are plenty of cockroaches in the room. And the prices are very high for room. Upon that there is no complementary Break fast too.
Omg horrible plce, online it shows 1600/- but once u go and ask about rooms they tel u 2500/- and worst rooms with bad moist odour, ful of cockroachs, a big nooo to this hotel and staff are very rude..
Great stay! Was a wonderful hotel with the right amenities. The people working there are very nice as well, we will look to stay here the next time we are in Gudivada.
Cockroaches are everywhere where even it comes to bed. Shame the maintenance... We stayed one night horrible we took non AC... Non AC means no ventilation room. U can feel the hot in room only AC room u should take. Prime location opposite road to bus stand. All are near.
