Reception staff is very bad. Worst behavior. Behavior is worst. Hope management changes better staff

Very big queue for consultation. Treatment charges are affordable and reasonable compare to other medical centers. Dr. Amit Mukherjee is very experienced. Billing system is very slow and poor, never gives GST bill or pukka bill, one often end up having problem settling with mediclaim.

Need to Improve the facility like water, cabin option! Even surrounding is not so clean. But as Doctor is so good at his work. Overall Good

Good Dr. All other facilities are very poor, not even clean baathroom, no facility for attender, not recommend if you doesn't have many friends who can look after you 24x7, extremely pathetic if your patients are in old age, maximum operation needed blood, you have to manage Donner, in terms of cost it's not cheap at all. If you have other option must choose that one. No food facility for patients, even medicine are not available 10pm-9am.

Everything is improper only the rules for meeting doctor is properly maintained. No dressing room facility they do it in corridor, lack of specimens like wheelchair. Only accurate on charging fees for everything. Never ever prefer. Suggest all to go somewhere else. Or take a private schedule because do is of well Fame.

It should be given zero star. Alas, there is not an option of rating it zero star. Third class hospital of a third class doctor who is extremely rude. Extremely un-helpful and un-coordinating staff. This hospital should not be visited at all for an emergency as there are no doctors available in case of an emergency or night duty. The facilities in the hospital are pathetic. Water is not available 24 hours. There is limited supply. X-ray personnel is not available on Sundays. Overall, the less one describes for the hospital, the better.

We have gone to treat my brother-in-law but there we told to use adhesive tape but they stiched and take the money of adhesive tape i.e. Rs 2000. They hadn't provided any of the reports including X-RAY report but we paid for every report....

Doctors are good no doubt ...but facilities are so poor ... u dont get water filter in every floor nd even some of the staff members really dont have manners and they dont know how to talk to a person behaviour is not appropriate i personally dont like the service much manger is so rude they usually use harsh words in front of patients ... They don't provide pharmacy facilities 24 hrs
