Best place to stay in Valparai and enjoy the cool weather.staffs are courteous . Dinner & breakfast buffet is good with the consideration of the place.Morning walk arranged by resorts in their estate which was excellent experience. Great place for family & Kids.

Wooden Chalet accommodation can do with some upgrades. But the property location and the staff were par excellent. Not once were we made to feel we were being demanding guests. Every request was taken and catered to with a big smile and great attitude. Will be going back soon.

Have stayed in this resort twice in a 7 year gap and everything is amazing about this place. It's still awesome and the food is amazing.Hospitality was too good and aravind served us very well. Will surely visit here again .

Nice property amidst Tea gardens. Bungalow is a converted tea estate manager's residence. It offers a colonial era vibe. In addition there are 3 wooden cottages on stilts and 2 tents . Tents are very cosy with modern amenities and bathrooms. Wifi and mobile signals ( except BSNL) were poor. Wifi signal was available only at the bungalow. Wildlife is frequently spotted in vicinity and the property is electrically fenced off at night. Swimming pool was i under maintenance. All meals are buffet style, breakfast was particularly wholesome. All the staff were very helpful and went out of way to make our stay comfortable.

Good place for family and friends to stay..they arrange nature walk and tea factory visit also..

Amazing place to go for a digital detox and amazingly cool climate when I went on May 2023. Staff were really hospitable and friendly. Rooms are clean, neat and have good facilities. Issues that I had was with mainly with 3 things. 1. Totally no network coverage. Vodafone, Airtel, and Jio was all non existent. Staff there mentioned you would get range if you were using BSNL. So if you want to get touch with anyone from there it will be super hard. 2. We went with around 20 adults and 8 children and when we used the main hall and then side dinning room the heat was way too much. We had to ask them to get the fans from the tent to cool the place down. Fans in certain rooms are heavily needed. 3. WiFi is your only connection to the outside world but it is so unreliable that you can throw your phone in the room and go for a walk.

Excellent spot and stay for holidays... And the staffs and services were really so nice... Will visit the place again and again

Stayed in Luxury tent. Tent was super clean and so as the wash rooms. Water force was good and was getting good hot water aswell. The entire crew was very hospitable right from security to the incharge to the support staffs. Food served was also delicious and had a good variety. Over all a good experience and would definitely go back again.
