Not a good experience with this shopping mall, really hate the service and also they cheated me with billing. I bought 5 dresses worth 16,000 rupees for my wife and everyone at the counter strongly said any kind of alteration can be done till I paid the bill, once I paid the bill, tailor said - height cannot be adjusted, so without any option (as there is no refund option) I have to go look for other addresses. Once you refund the item, all previous discounts are not entertained. The staff and supervisor behave very rude after bill payment. Supervisor - Srikanth is very rude, beware of this guy. I wish I could give negative rating if possible. Don't fall in trap with these guys. Once you pay the bill, they don't care about customer but money. - Praveen
