The worst experience I have ever had. The front desk person is the most unprofessional person I have ever seen in my life. Doesn't know how to speak to customers. Ready to fight and scream and shout at you. They delayed to take the payment for 3 days as their card swiping machine was not working. It was a excuse to take the money in cash or by UPI. They also tried to take 2.5% extra charge illegally when I wanted to pay by card. It's not a hotel. Its like a hostel. There are too many restrictions. You cannot eat in the room, you cannot dry your cloths, you cannot order from Swiggy or Zomato. If you want the room to be cleaned, you should atleast sleep in the same blanket and use the same towels atleast for 3 days. That's the criteria to clean the room. Couldn't believe it. Not recommended. UPDATE ON YOUR COMMENT: There some odd 10-15 people who have given you 1 star in the past. All of them are behaving like hostel kids? If you are honest, I dare you to show the CCTV footage and prove that you have not delayed to take payment. I stand by my words and I am ready fight a legal battle if need be. Don't threaten me to take down the review. Your response shows how arrogant and mismanaged you people are. The words you have chosen for your customers, show how educated you are. So let's not talk about education. Learn to respect your customers and then write a response. Have guts to take feedback.

Poor staff! The old guy behaves like a hostel warden! To many rules 1.While billing can't pay online through card or UPI! He demanded cash or 2.5% extra to be levied, when we refused later agreed to give UPI of some other personal account not even the hotel and did not agree to provide GST bill. Some Scam is going on here! 2.We had to hear his lecture for atleast 5 mins coz by mistake we forgot the key card inside the room (only one was provided amongst 2) on asking them to open it for us.

Location through Google map was initially confusing but we'll maintained neet and clean place with comfort

V helpful n polite staff, clean rooms n v cooperative too. Pricing was also v reasonable. Thank u for the comfortable stay..would def recommend others to give it a try.

This hotel is just ok. Very poor staff. One person is there who does all work. No parking, no food. Most important thing if you forget to take bill at time of check out, then they don't give any bill even if you come on next day. They blame you only. They say it's your mistake. Not suggest this hotel.

One of the worst experience ever had in my whole life..I had been to many hotels in India but never had a bad experience like this They don't provide any complimentary facilities like water bottle, 2300rs for double bed in the area like bagalgunte which is very expensive and not worth to pay so much. They don't know how to behave with customers. No proper car parking facilities They have list of terms and conditions if you violate They leive a fine which is unacceptable by the customers and no hotels does so in the world

One of the worst experience I had at this hotel 1. No proper staff in the hotel 2. Price is also expensive compared to nearby hotels 3. They put a fine if you spill something on bedsheet ,, it's 3000 rupees where no hotel in the world put a fine like this 4. No complimentary water bottle and no hot water facility after 8am in the morning 5. Owner is very arrogant and don't have sense to behave with customers Overall "NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS HOTEL" DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1STAR
