Sir John Bakers Cafe - Bakery and Cake Shop in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

Forgot to make birthday cake! When we came to collect the cake, they simply said we forgot about the order placed one day earlier. Advance was paid as well. I will not recommend anyone to buy a birthday cake from Sir John bakery as they are extremely unprofessional. Now birthday party has started and chef is still putting together ingredients to bake the cake while we are waiting at their shop and party is going on without us or the cake! Update: The Cake was supposed to be ready at 4pm and was ready by 6:30pm. By this time the whole birthday party was delayed and people waited and left without having food. THE CAKE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE. BUT THE ACTUAL CAKE WHEN CUT WAS A BASIC BROWN CAKE WITHOUT ANY CHOCOLATE! Obviously the bakery made a last minute slipshody job that was not of the flavor or quality that we paid for.

Only good for bakery items. Nothing else. If you are planning to dine in, don't forget to bring a bottle of drinking water. They are selling only premium water bottles which costs Rs70-80 per bottle. Pizza base is not soft like Dominos but crispy like Dosa. The is good for a try BTW.

The place look lack lustre now, staff seem not interested in doing the job. For me it was the third person who was ready for order. I ordered a designer cake as we were doing in past, but this time the taste and design both were a let down, it's not the same bakery which used to be a year back.

Other than cake price everything is in budget. A treat to taste buds . Veg burger is must try . All types of variety in cake and bread is present. Overall a good location , multiple varieties and good price point. Service is quick and staff is helpful. Parking space is not a problem .

Empty shelves, stinky corners, poor cooling and tired staff - this is all you will get here. Serious attention needed if you want people to come back and enjoy bakery aroma with cup of Irish coffee. Right now just hit this place to buy usual breads, very common pastries and some again very common tea-time biscuits only.

Not every food is good, but the cakes and patties are good in taste. Cost wise it is a bit high I find.
