This hospital OPD Section is too good . And doctor are very knowledgeable and behaviour are also good and very neat and clean hospital some facility like 2 Wheeler and 4 Wheeler paid parking are available. My experience is good

There are different sections and their experiences based on which I am giving this 4 Star rating, based on 6 days hospital stay of my close relative and the surgery performed. * Single private room Doctor's & treatment: If you are looking for best Doctors and best in class treatment of the disease, i found this hospital at 5 star. Special thanks to Dr C.S Agrawal (Neuro) and Dr.Manish Munjal (ENT) for their help and support. Doctor's OPD appointment has online booking option, however be ready to wait 1-2 hours more than your scheduled time. Admissions & Discharge processes: Here I feel hospital lacks in number of staff available as well as staff behaviour; they are very rude and unsupportive, they often give reference to the IPC code for threatening them. There was a time at discharge and lot of chaos, DMS was called and he came after numerous calls, but he could not support, a security guard came and helped ease the situation which DMS could have done. Nurses & Ward support: Nurses and ward support is really good, they are very empathetic and supportive, despite found them working overtime, still they are very prompt and helpful. Cleaning, hygiene & maintenance Hospital, rooms have been kept very well cleaned and hygiene, however Housekeeping need to be more prompt. Need attention for items like Microwave, fan etc taped wire which could be fatal. Pricing & Hospital tariffs: As we all know, this Field is one of the most demanding & profitable business these days, still pricing, tariff etc are at medium range comparative to Medanta and bLK kapoor, which are very expensive Facilities & Amenities: Hospital has multiple floor parking available (11 floors), hence no problem of parking. (20rs per hour charge), 300 rs full day pass, also they have Valet parking available. They have a canteen which is 24 hours operational and also deliver items without any extra cost to your room. Subway, wholefood brands are also available with direct to room delivery option. A big garden inside the hospital premises.

OPD : 1 Gernal OPD 2. Private OPD 1 Gernal OPD: card registration open from 8.00 Am to 12.30 Am, Rs 100/ is the entry fee, Doctors are same but they are in rush God knows why . For every billing after seeing the doctor, one have to go out side and bill again get into the line where all the kioss is. 2 Private OPD: entry fees differs from doctor to doctor's. They listen to patients and give time. Super expensive than others in Market. Only one this is good is the Parking. *Wheelchair Entrance. *Wheelchair Parking. Car or any types of vehicle parking. Ambulance Facilities. Help Desk. ATM Available 2 SBI And 1 Yes Bank.

This review is specifically about Sir Ganga Ram hospital, General ward. So if you can afford any room above that then don't waste your time reading further. As it is said, if you have money the world salutes you. But if you are poor you do not even have the right to fall sick. I was hospitalized in Sir Ganga Ram due to some complications and due to unavailability of bed, I was shifted to General ward for 2 days. Previously also I was admitted here but those were better rooms (semi private, private rooms). But here in General ward I realised if you are poor no one will care for you. Even though the staff is same which serves in better rooms but their behaviour changes in General ward. 1. They are not polite. They are arrogant to patient and their attendants. You don't have to do an additional effort to be kind and it goes a long way specially for an ailing person. Just because the person is financially not good doesn't mean you have to be rude and show him his level. 2. A doctor who is treating you in a hospital can treat you from his home also, generally doctors provide consultation at multiple places. But we are made comfortable by the staff there. If the staff is rude, unprofessional then please there is no point because you will not be happy and it will effect you mentally/physically. 3. Even if you know someone senior in staff but if you are in general ward then you are nothing but "General". Please don't expect empathy from the nurses, house wives, sweepers, in house male help. They will not understand you. 4. The nurses do not know the sick can be sleepy anytime. They do not even know the night time is resting time not just for the patient but their attendants also. But, the night is their party time. They are loud, they are chaotic and they do not respect others sleep. The nurses station is inside the General ward so they are loud and clear. I stayed here for 2 days and I came to know about the personal life of all the night staff people. Really. Trust me on that. If you are weak financially or due to some condition you have to be admitted to General ward then please keep your expectations low. Please don't expect any support for the nurses/ housewife's and other staff. Just trust your doctor, get well soon and leave. These people they don't deserve your good wishes nor are they considerate for your well being.
