I worked here for one year. Hospital services was very good.. All the nurses and housekeeping staff was so polite and humble and ready to help in every manner. Our Doctors are best and very experienced doctors are there.

This hospital is totally scam and looting hard earned lifetime savings of innocent people, We have admitted our 28 years old patient here due to pencretitis illness on 10/11/23 and today on 27/11/23 our innocent patient is on vantilator fighting for his life.. This hospital has done nothing not even 0.1% improvement in 17 days and now all doctors have giveup on him and said we cant save his life please take him to AIIMS or gb pant hospital, We have paid 8 lakhs to hospital. A request to all Indian citizens, please don't come to this hospital ever because this hospital is good for nothing only. Worst hospital. Most of the patient in ICU die. They will do their best to somehow shift the patient to ICU or HDU so that they can charge huge amount. I lost my dear one due to mishandling of the ICU staffs. They will charge just double for the medicines and for all facilities.

My doctor was very nice, he was very humble and polite . All the staff and doctor took a lot of care of me. Nursing staff was also very humble and nice to me they helped a lot. We have been admitted from last 8 days and below points needs to be highlighted. 1) Ward boy/girl - all are really efficient in their work and have good behavior 2) House Keeping- easily approachable 3) Kitchen-Good enough

The hospital is good, it's an extended part of Sir Gangaram hospital only. Yes it is small but the treatment doesn't differ and more importantly, the rooms are available easily. Especial shout out to Mr. Pradeep (TPA) and Ms. Nikita Suri (Nurse), both of them go out of the way to help and make sure that the process is easier and seemless not only for the patient but also for the family. I can't thank them both enough. Food vendor seems to be a little problematic but the staff is good enough to take care of it.

Never go to this hospital. They are lutera. They tries their best to not letting patients leave hospital. They just try to admit patients in ICU and HDU. They create emergency situations and will ask you to sign immediately on papers to admit patients in ICU and to perform some surgeries or test. Doctors will not update you on patients condition. You have to literally run behind them to get an update about what's going on, what's the condition of patient and what's the plan they have next. They will keep doing all the tests and giving medicines to patients without discussing anything with the family. Had the worst experience for my mother's treatment. Two diffeRent department doctors had issue between them ( gastro and onco) and they put my mother's life on risk, kept my mother in ICU and HDU and saying we had to do this because of other doctor. One doctor was saying something and another was saying completely different thing on my mother's health condition. Finally after wasting 10 days there without any treatment we asked them to discharge and admitted to another hospital and the correct treatment started immediately.

The services provided from all the staff viz., House keeping, Security maintenance was excellent specially from the follwing staff: Ms. Lincy (Nursing Incharge 1st Floor) Ms. Sunu Nursing Incharge 2nd Floor) Mr. Satish Nursing Incharge 2nd Floor) Ms. Prakrti (Nursing Staff 2nd Floor) Ms.Muskan (Nursing Staff 2nd Floor) Ms. Pinky (Co-ordinator) All staff as ibid are very soft spoken, co-operativeIn my view they are an assets to this hospital and I wish them all success and bright carreer in future.

This is exception useful place for any medical assistance. I had so many productive visits in neuro, gastro, urology And medicine department. I always feel Safe there as GOD ( Doctor) are providing their services on next level.
