I have been a regular customer at this cake shop, but this particular incident has left me reconsidering my future visits. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it comes to special occasions like birthdays, the quality of the product becomes even more crucial. Unfortunately, this time, the cake fell short of my expectations. I hope that the Sir bond management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to ensure the quality of their products remains consistent. Great Quality, Great taste... Ordered a customized cake with pic on top. Order was completed with perfection. This is one of the best bakery in Crossing republic, located in Well Bazar. Staff needs to be taught about decorating cake with names well. The name was written in bad handwriting, so I am rating it 4, citing the scope of improvement that I felt. Overall this bakery is recommended.

Average items, Bit costly, earlier staff was good but nowadays a rude person sits on billing counter and speaks harsh way which is spoiling the reputation of shop. And harming the brand value.

Pathetic delivery experience , commenting basis on second experience.. Still if want to order , You are suggested to take margin of 5-6 hours minimum. Commitment before taking money is different and it will change immediately after credited.. Be careful

Pasteries and patties are good. Donuts are not, if you try to eat it next day by keeping in fridge it handens and gives bad taste

I asked for donut and they just made it super hot and the donut became stiff and no one can eat that now, this bakery shop is surely over priced with zero customer satisfaction or experience...i am not going to buy anything from this shop ever

All the items we bought were delicious but not fresh. One can feel that it has been baked a while ago.. Also the stuff was overpriced. If everything was fresh then the price would have been fine.. A little disappointed..
