Really good and responsive services. The doctors hear you well and care to explain your diagnoses instead of just making a prescription. I have done both in-person visits and an online consultation. The online consultation was a bit more expensive for some reason but the process of registering and sharing of reports, etc. and the consult itself went pretty smoothly. Definitely recommend to all people who want their worries heard and hear honest explanations for their ailments (especially since hardly any doctors in Lucknow bother doing that). A physical visit is always comforting and assuring, but I think online consultation can be a little more assuring. From my personal experience and multiple visits to the hospital I can say that if you're physically able to visit any hospital in Lucknow, do choose this hospital over sahara or any other, you'll surely feel more cared and if you can't just visit the hospital look for for online consultation here. Doctors here are great listeners and extremely understanding even in online consultation, they take each and every patient very seriously and with utmost care as if they're their own. The only reason I gave it 4 star and a little hesitation about online consultation earlier was due to the technology in use i.e an audio call instead of a video call, rest assured it's very reliable.

dcotor is very very experienced and good in his field but Hospital is very expensive they charge for even basic things like water and even for stool you take to sit , if you are with your patient they won't provide space to sleep or stay they charge 100 rupees for the waiting room and it is like stable no AC no hygiene broken beds with noisy slow fans. Tough to stay longer with the patient.

Facilities are good but i think they need to invest some money on fans and ac cause it becomes really hot when the temperature rises outside. When I was waiting outside the OT I felt like bathing with sweat in just 30 min....i can't explain how hot that day was and there was no fan or cooler or ac

Very good hospital. Situated near imambara before KGMU. Hospital staffs are best on each and every aspects. Quick and Timely service is the key point of this hospital as per my experience. Quality Treatment provided. Neat and clean hospital. And also no doubt that meal is superb. Fresh and tasty meal available for patients.

It is very good, the best treatment for burns is surgery, it is the department of KGMU.

I had been searching for a doctor since last few months after my 14 months old son Prarabdh was diagnosed with trigger thumb on his right hand and needed surgery. It's then when I found about Dr R K Mishra and SIPS hospital and researched about him over the internet before deciding to go to. A highly decorated and qualified doctor in Plastic surgery ofcourse but the positive reviews present on the internet is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to SIPS and particularly Dr Mishra. It's hard to express and write but visiting him was just like visiting someone elderly in the family. It's that level of comfort, expert consultation and guidance he gave. I work with NTT Data in Noida and I have never seen such caring, easy to talk to and dedicated medical professional even in NCR till now. Needless to say the surgery was perfect. The level of care and support given to my son during the whole procedure is something which I really appreciate and never expected in the region. From Rahat ma'am to reception to EMO Dr Shahid to nurses to Ward Aaya Nishi ji to Mr Chauhan and Mr Mukesh in Accounts/TPA. Everyone have been highly ethical, dedicated, hardworking and super supportive. Even post discharge documentation for TPA etc was done without any hickup. It's almost unbelievable to find all departments of a hospital functioning so superbly. I strongly recommend Dr Mishra and SIPS hospital as they are re defining health care in India in real terms, Health + Taking CARE of patients.
