my first-time visit to this salon with my wife was an exceptional experience deserving of recognition. I visited this salon for dandruff treatment, and the staff's expertise not only resolved my issue but also gave me a more professional look. Their dedication to their craft and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.

I would totally recommend them .Their treatments and services are great and professional.Special mention to Jinoy for hair cutting and hair coloring he was professional and patient in doing everything and all the staff were also so polite. The main reason that attracted me was that, all of a sudden they won't ask us to do any thing they will clearly explains everything and if it's needed only they will ask us to do the treatment. None of the salons does that. Excellent customer service. Thanks to the team.

Ajay, the hair stylist was superb. Really good customer support, extremely courteous and mindful about what the customer needs. Super satisfied. Kudos and thanks to Ajay. Guess it's Jincy her name is who does threadjng, a very courteous one again. I'd like the Salon owners look into the attitude of the rest of the staff,but, Sometimes arrogance and indifference can come off sharing a thin line. A better training and close watch will save customers happiness.

I had bad experience from here. I just went for a hair cutting appointment but the hair stylist suggest me for hair spa also which costs 1500/-. He was untrained and unprofessional and sometimes conversations went a little inappropriate and awkward direction. I have done many hair spas from diff salons and by experiencing this I can tell he was untrained and doing his own version. It was harsh pulling and massaging on head felt rough. Felt weird about massage. Hair cut was average. After all this I ended up with a minor headache. The fees are also on the expensive side, unless you take a membership with them. A lot to be improved upon starting with training their employees better.

I recently enrolled for a laser session for arms and legs hair reduction at the Vytilla branch and while the first time, it went well- this last time & my second seating on Nov 21 went pretty wrong. I had really bad burning sensation within 20-30 mins, all over my legs and arms - took an instant regular water shower. But within an hour or two I had tiny blister like openings which eventually dried and now seem like mosquito bites or small bruises or something. The places which sensed max burning were the spots that showed this aggravation - at least 5 areas were affected. Hence I wouldn't be continuing laser with them for sure. I wasn't given any dos or don'ts as I once was by Kaya. I had only signed the consent form which everyone makes us sign. Well, could be my skin type wasn't for this particular laser technology used OR something else went wrong, actually the razor was hurting too, I was thinking in my head the next time will shave myself and come. I'm the past for underarms, never faced any issue and was given specific before and after instructions with lotions and other products to be applied, probably why. Adding pictures below - this is Nov 24 and still the areas aren't back to normal yet. May have to show to a skin specialist. So, peeps take due care and research well before opting for any skin treatment.

My mother had an absolutely traumatic experience after doing hair colouring. In spite of informing that she has hair colour allergy and requesting the staff to not to apply hair colour on her hair roots multiple times, the staff paid no heed and went on to apply copious amounts of hair colour onto her scalp and she had extremely severe allergic reaction to the process. Her face, head and neck were red, swollen, scaly and itchy for over 5 days, and continues to be irritable even after 2 weeks. It was my brother's wedding on the weekend after her appointment and she was really miserable due to the way of her appearance. The facial services are good though, but that isn't consolation enough for the horrible experience which she had to undergo. Post response from the salon: I can already see where this is headed seeing the way you tackle any criticism from the previous reviews and shift the whole blame onto the customer. My mother had agreed to do full coverage but once she started feeling skin irritability, she did inform the staff and asked to stop applying so much of the product, which unfortunately fell on deaf ears. Also, at no point were we advised against hair colouring which has been untruthfully pointed out in the response. As opposed to what the head of operations informed in the call - allergy is determined after applying on a small patch for 30 minutes. Again, you guys have twisted the facts into your favour publicly, eating your own words. Your response says, the wait was done for 20 minutes when actually your staff waited only for 15 minutes. Where is your transparency? At least have some shame, saying one thing to the customer on call and 180 degree opposite here. Coming to the point of full coverage - when we asked your staff whether it is possible to do hair colour without touching roots and scalp, we were assured that it is possible and conveniently, you say now that we were advised against hair colouring. We have paid quite a handsome amount for the services in spite of holding a gold membership and we obtained ZERO benefits from it. And had to pay for medical bills due to negligence from your end. Win-win for you anyway! Clearly you have no appreciation for the sheer amount of money we paid to avail your services and share zero compassion to your customers' emotions. It's hard earned cash, not minted at our homes.

Amazing job done by Waris. I went for the senior stylist to get the haircut done. Explained, what I wanted and he did a great job, got good volume with bangs. I wasn't happy with the cut another stylist gave me the last time which was 8m ago elsewhere. Now I'm really happy with it. Thank you SINIMA. I'm definitely coming back.......

Had a wonderful time at Sinima Vytila. Highly professional and very comfortable service. Special mention to Mr. Abdul who did a fabulous job with my hair. Also Ms. Anuja did a appreciable job on my facial! Definitely recommended
