Singpho Eco Lodge, Inthong - Home Stay in Margherita, Dibong No.1 - Tinsukia, India

Went there for Lunch, very good food. We reached post closing hours ( mind it- operational between 11-4 pm) but the owner was kind enough to arrange food for us. Thali was exceptional.

Peaceful less chaotic place amidst greenary and nature . Awesome delicious authentic food and quite ambience styled properly as bamboo *Changghar* typical tribal hut made of bamboo. It takes almost 2 hours to reach the destination from dibrugarh to Margherita-Pengeree Road albeit worth the travel

Veg thali cost 250 rupees, which is totally unreasonable. Thali comprises tupula bhat, dal, pitika, boil veg and one chutney.

Situated at very good location. Beautiful traditionally built with modern facilities. Clean and hygienic. Foot tastes Awesome.

Tucked away in between tea gardens, it's a nice little hidden gem. Authentic and delicious Singpho food is available. There are different sitting arrangements as per convenience of the customer. The ambience is also very relaxing. The surroundings of the location is very calm and peaceful.

I have visited this Echo loge with my friend and stayed there for two nights. The person behind this lodge impressed me very much by taking sincere efforts how to maintain a real Echo lodge. Right from accommodation to food are very simple and basic. They don't use much oil and masalas in their menu which is very healthy for us. Recommend.

This place is located amidst the tea plantation and has a nice view. One has to wait quite a bit for food to be served and it's better to book in advance. Slightly over priced but can be visited once in a while.

Comparing to the behaviour of the staff and the owner they are very lucky that they got a nice location and a nice cook to serve. The food is certainly overpriced, the people are heavy mouthed and a smile being the most required thing in the hospitality sector, they lack that big time. I rarely post any reviews in google but traveling far from my place and getting a very unwelcoming behaviour made me write this.
