Disappointed with all services that hotel provided. Neither food nor service, both are below the lowest level. I can say, roadside ghumtis are better in comparison with it. At first they took a long time to server our food . Only one girl serving 2/3table at once. So a bit delay in serving. We ordered chicken gravy and rice but chicken gravy was like they have added water with out salt. Taste was so nasty that we didn't complete our chicken dish. And they didn't add any dry sabji nor papad even they forgot to add pickle or any chatni. While taking our food everyone is like "what da hell is dis!" . It doesn't end here, for for all 9/10 table they have only ONE basin. How ?? Means hotel management have to think that how 40/50 people can use a single basin. Okay thats all. Hope you all got the image of this hotel. For you visit please go through it and think again.
Manager behaviour is worst. Online and card payment facility are not available. My experience was very bad in hotel stay when I give cash they also don't have change so they kept me wait a long time. I didn't recommend this hotel to any one. I didn't write a review to any hotel yet but this time only manager behaviour force me to write this review. I want to give zero star for this hotel.they don't value of customer time.
The service was good and the employees were good as well. If you're looking for AC rooms then they are fine but non-AC rooms are totally messed up.
It is the worst experience ever. Stuff are so rude n that receptionist or manager for that man i want to give negative star. Literally if you want to grow business put a friendly and well spoken person in front.
Where the commode is fixed in the toilet. There is no space for comfort to sit on the commode.
Poor room Service quality not good
Not nice.. Hotel is without maintenance. TV, AC, geyser all are out of order. Room is full of cockroaches. Put off the light and you can literally hear cockroaches coming out. And water is full of iron and looks muddy. Should have taken a photo of water. Worst part is the adjacent bar will serve food till 9 but for people staying in hotel have to order before 8.
Worst Hotel ever!!! The room was very dirty, it was smelling..it seemed that they haven't cleaned it for months properly..The manager is very rude.. other staffs are good..They are doing nothing in the name of maintenance...water was muddy and smelling very bad..worst room I ever stayed..I definitely not recommend it for anyone.... Thank you!!
