I admitted my wife for Dengue fever she admitted here and totally relived and her recovery were very fast. I admitted with Genins India card . Totally cashless facilty. not single rupees charged by hospital. Very good service.

I am from bangalore. I was staying in redfox hotel at bhiwadi. At around 2 am, I had severe coughing. Unfortunately, hotel didn't had any emergency transportation for hospital visit. With the help of Google, I found this hospital contact number. When I dialed hospital, it went to reception and then connected automatically to doctor. He is a gentleman. He got up from midnight sound sleep, listened all my issues over the phone and sent medicines within one hour to my hotel room. I was able to sleep for two hours and accomplish my purpose of visit successfully. Next day, he called me at around 12pm and enquired about my health condition. I was impressed and met him in person. Good doctor with values and timely support. He is impressive.

* Please read this review and take your actions accordingly before getting any kind of treatment from this hospital. *My father used to consult Dr. Manoj Singhania just because of the fact that, he is a family doctor of our relatives, and there would be nothing that could go wrong for us, or anything like cheating could happen. Earlier my sister-in-law was admitted here due to being suffered from dengue. She was admitted for about 10 days, and the bill was Rs38000/-, there were 127 drips listed on the bill, which was unbelievable, as it turns out to be 12.7 drips a day!! Impossible! The main issue is explained below The exact issue: * My father had been consulting Dr. Manoj Singania for months. We came here for getting MVI (Multi Vitamin Infusion) drip for my father. Due to the fact that, there are mosquitoes in the rooms, my father requested "Kahin bhi lagwado drip, bas machhar nai hone chahiye", to which they gave us private AC room, and we didn't counter this fact, because he clearly said that, he wants room with no mosquitoes, we didn't demand for PRIVATE AC ROOM. We thought there might be rush at the hospital and hence they gave us this room. * It took around 3 hours for the drip to finish, and when we went for billing at the reception, the total cost for pharmacy was around Rs338, and additionally they charged Rs1500 (Rs1000 for room charges, Rs500 for nursing). * We argued that how can you guys charge for a room first of all, as they won't let us sit on road and give the drip. It's hospital's responsibility to arrange a room for patient. Secondly, Rs1000 for a room where AC's temp is 30degC?? Are you kidding me? Even hospital MEDANTA- THE MEDICITY doesn't charge this much. That day Dr. Manoj Singhania was not available, so my father called him after a couple of days and reported the issue to him, to which he responded "Rs100-Rs200 kam hojaayega isse jyada kuch nai ho sakta" So, that's how we felt cheated by the staff, Doctor everyone. There is no provision to avoid mosquitoes, no cleanliness, AC doesn't work fine, plus Dr. Manoj Singhania has poor knowledge. * After this incident we went to Hari Ram hospital for taking drip for my father, and the over all cost including, pharmacy, room charge, nursing was Rs400 only. Not even close to what we paid at Singhania hospital. Please don't consult here.

In this time, Hospital here to loot. But, Singhania Hospital is one of the cheapest and best quality care option in whole bhiwadi. Very good billing. Really appreciate there computerized system. Super fast cashless facility. Don't have to run anywhere for clearance of bills and all this things like other hospitals. Just relax in your room and get your all things done medicines to final approval letter. Really great services. Dr sahab Manoj Singhania is also a good person and very good doctor in whole bhiwadi. Had a very good experience.
