Here prayed to Lord Shiva . This small riverine island on mahanadi located at Gopinathpur village. The temple was made in 7th century told by pujari(priest). Happy to know about this temple from pujaris in this temple.The temple is unique for its sculptural embellishment. T bridge is connecting to this Singhanath Temple. The place is so peaceful and calm that anyone want to stay. Really for me it's so Greenery and outside environment and inside this island is totally different. Must visit You will know the reality. Visit during summer or winter afternoon or evening time.
You can get the best view of both sunset and moonrise on opposite sky in the evening time. I have enjoyed a lot with a soothing wind flow last Sunday. Beautiful place
I had been twice to this place. It's very very beautiful. You can find thousands of bats hanging from the trees chirping every seconds on this island. There is Raghunath temple towards the end, uphill. It is believed Lord Ram worshiped here to Lord Shiva. They have enough dedicated spaces for doing feasts or organising picnics. No fee. Eateries inside. Can find without onion garlic Dahibara Aloodum.

Singhanath Temple is situated on an island within the river Mahanadi near Badamba and is 74 km away from Bhubaneswar.Lord Shiva is the presiding deity of the place. The temple has situated on the top of the hillock. It is a famous Saiva Pitha of Odisha. The nature scenery of this place is very Amazing. You have cross T bridge if you are visit from Banki side and also Cuttack side. There are main three deities are here main is Lord Shive named as Singhanath . The lord Laxman brother of Ram was established this shrine and worshiped here .
Nice place to visit on any Season. Surroundings are good. Longest Bridge of Odisha is connecting this temple. Temple is surrounded by River Mahanadi. There is Ram,Laxman, Sita Temple on the top of hillside. On the backside a Bald hill is located alongside with a lake. Must visit place 5/5.
Good place for family visit "Lord Shiva" inside Nature You can spend 2 hrs if you have just a visit plan otherwise good place for a day picnic 1. Visited on 16-May-2022 @4:00 PM to 5:30 PM 2. Parking issues as this is T shape connected bridge where all four wheelers park one side of the bridge 2. Two wheelers parked inside T shaped place 3. Nice place to visit. There are many small temple near the main temple. Very spiritual place to worship lord shiva . Essential items are also available near by so no need to worry. The main attraction is the 'T' shaped bridge that connect the temple from both sides. There is no parking space for vehicles so it is basically 1st come 1st park .
