Detestable, a fuir ! Seul le jardin est magnifique, le reste est pourri. Pas de service, meme pas une bouteille d'eau, le cuisinier est fatigue, impossible d'avoir un cafe... A oublier, dommage car il y a 5 ans c'etait une guest formidable.
Host have no sense of hospitality at all. Room is overpriced and the quality of what you get is much lower compared to an average Indian home stay.

This review is overdue. I stayed at this place in Nov 21. We were one large family, about 12 members, mostly middle aged. We stayed there for 3 nights and we had the most amazing experience. The garden is beautiful giving you a serene experience should you wake up early. Ghat is at a stone's throw, so, you can catch sunrise and sunsets at the banks. The guest house had two helpful service staff who basically took care of everything. The rooms are clean and renovated. Other than this, you can reach Kashi Vishwanath from here in about 10 minutes. The owner Mr Arun is a very helpful person. He often went out of his way to accomodate varied demands from all my members. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better service and a better ambience. Plz try this place once to fall in love with it. I did.
Amazing place that allows pets. I traveled from delhi to Kolkata via road and stayed there a night with my dad and dog in the same room. The place has huge spacious rooms with lawns and it's just a hat's throw away from the Banaras ghat so you can just sit there early morning and enjoy the cool breeze. We reached way late at night, and the kitchen was already but the staff was courteous enough to make us some dinner since we were tired and hungry. If you are ever traveling via Banaras and in search for a pet friendly affordable stay, this is the place to be. Super grateful to Singh saheb and the entire staff for being a part of our journey.
Best home stay. We felt so welcoming. Mr Singh (the owner) was helpful and and was awake till midnight to receive us. The staff chottu bhaiya and surender were so helpfull and served with good hot food and a smile on their face. Our 6 yrs son Ram enjoyed a lot here as he got to see different birds and lot of place to play around. On his demand we has a campfire too. Must stay place in Varanasi.
The hotel ambience is really good, green and peaceful unlike the chaos of Varanasi streets. Rooms are good for the price quoted, well lit and ventilated. Toilet plumbing could have been better. Common space with garden is a good one to hangout. Service is good, specially Chotu Bhai is really friendly and helpful. Also got 10% discount upon asking. We had a good time staying there. Definitely recommending this hotel to everyone going to Varanasi.
