This is the best gym I've gone to! The trainer Mr. Singam is very helpful and does a very good job of motivating you on your workouts. The workouts each day are unique with Mr. Singam carefully selecting the exercises that would best suit the individual. You can always feel comfortable asking him for help with your workout form and technique and he will always help you with it! The diet plans are also very helpful and produces very good results! The equipment here is also top notch! There are many machines that are not available in other gyms which help with increasing diversity of exercises and also help in better targeting specific muscle groups. I've been to a few gyms in Chennai after I moved there for work and this is the only gym where I look forward to every workout daily. I highly recommend this gym for your fitness journey!
