Doctor is good but the receptionists are arrogant and very unprofessional. Staff won't respond to your questions. Govt hospital is far better in this aspect They need to improve management.I think reception staff feel that the hospital is theirs.

They will send 4 to 5 patients at the same time. It will be very uncomfortable to discuss personally with the doctor. And receptionist will send patient as they like. You will have 5 to 6 other male persons in the room. Doctor timings are irregular. You get a feeling as if you are in a government hospital. They need to improve management.I think reception staff feel that the hospital is theirs.
