Sinclairs Retreat Dooars - Resort hotel in Chalsa, Chalsa Mahabari - Jalpaiguri, India

5 stars aren't enough for this retreat. It is a green paradise where you can relax, enjoy, eat, make merry, swim and have a wonderful time with your company. Kid-family-couple friendly. You name it, they have it. The service is amazing, the staff is ever smiling and ever ready to make you comfortable and give you all the luxury possible. We had an awesome experience with our family. Highly recommended for any kind of vacation.

The operations of Sinclair's Chalsa is run by a group of highly customer centric people. Their services are fantastic; very well behaved & nicely mannered at all times. Their cordial nature can be experienced right from the reception desk through the restaurant service and all other guest services. I mean all and everybody. A special shout-out for Mr. Toppo who especially extended all his cooperation with us. The location is in the middle of nature and is extremely clean. The property is very well maintained and all the facilities are brilliant. We enjoyed and loved our stay here will surely return in the future.

The property was nice but we expected more. Food was nice but the day we went there they had very few options. It was a peaceful environment and I loved the view from the hotel.

What stands out for me wrt my stay at Sinclairs is the service. All the staff were very helpful. Special mention for Seema Sarkar who really was brilliant managing the restaurant and ensuring that we get the best service. Rooms are good and the resort is also beautiful and well maintained. Perfect if you want to spend a quiet time and there are enough activities to keep you or your children busy. There's also a small toy train for kids. If you have to nitpick and suggest improvements, an AC in the table tennis area would be a great addition. Also if there could be some drawers in the room that will be great too

Sinclairs Retreat Resort, Chalsa West Bengal is a highly recommended place for corporate meetings, honeymoons, pre wedding shooting, peaceful and nature lovers. Must stay here for mental peace and family leisure.

Sinclairs Retreat Dooars is a very nice Resort with a very fast service and tasty food. It is a good option for a trip.

Mesmerizing experience in the lap of nature. Highly recommended. Have a trip with family and friends. Very refreshing and luxurious.

Visited just for lunch, food was average, compared to the price. Rather food was over priced. Took a quick room tour, the prices were over expensive compared to the standard of the rooms. Basic standard cottages were 8000+GST.
