We have been regulars at Simran's Health Zone right from the time they opened their first outlet in Lucknow. Location changed, many new outlets opened, and staff grew - but one thing we've found consistent is their awesome customer service! Hygiene and pleasant-ness are always maintained, and every visit there feels worthwhile. I had been a regular at their gym while I was based in Lucknow, and of course, used their salon too. This time while visiting India I went back to Health Zone and found the same welcoming staff, personal attention to each client, and great ambience. It felt like home :) Glad some establishments maintain their work ethic, and only get better.
