Rooms & location is proper but service is worst with no or very poor response. Cost wise, it's the highest cost rate with Rs2500/- for a night stay. And Rs260/- for drinking water & cold drink of only Rs120/- in the open market adjacent to it... So, very high cost & worst service, it's not recommended for a night stay in this region... Breakfast with self service is the only thing to appreciate in it...
Rooms need improvement. Room service is a bit delayed. Breakfast is very good. Rates on room service food menu is a bit expensive. AC was superb. Toiletries need improvement.

Very poor service of the restaurant. Even they are telling breakfast will be ready at 7.30 even after 7.45 it was not ready to leave urgently to Airport...They even rejected the request for simple packed BF for a guest to travel on time...
One of the finest hotels in Raipur, Not that expensive also. Very well maintained service also polite and cooperative. Food is also tasty. Located in prime location nesr railway station.
