I have been using Simplease to manage my flat in Mumbai for the last few months and they have done a very good job. Arranging viewings, finding a tenant, registration of L&L, society formalities, coordinating interior work and tenant move-in - Simplease has handled everything smoothly and professionally. It is very helpful to have them "on the ground" to help resolve tenant issues and to coordinate repairs; they are also very conscientious and get reasonable quotes for repair work which is highly appreciated. In some cases they have gone above "the call of duty" to manage things without me even knowing, which is rare to find and also much appreciated. The entire team is pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Simplease to any flat owner looking for a property manager.

Extremely unprofessional and money minded. When it comes to taking money from the tenants, they keep sending repeated reminders. But while returning money, they are just not available!! Not professional at all. NEVER CONSIDER THEIR SERVICE!!
