Welcome to the ancient building in the city. I was referred to this hospital by Dr Ram Jagannath Rao. 1. Ancient lift with lift boy. 2. Room rent per day is 3000/- and they do not provide bed sheet to cover the patient and the room ambiance is atrocious. 3. 3000/- per day they say it includes nursing charges and they charge for IV Cannulation charges separately. 4. You should literally call the sisters 3-4 times to attend the patient. Most funny thing was my diagnostics reports were merged with some other patients file. 5. Had to ask for discharge multiple times. On the last day of discharge there was no medication given to the patient from morning till evening. They discharged in the evening I think they wanted to charge 1 day rent extra.
Where do I start? Horrendous hygeine. The examination room was half storeroom. The examination table broken. The bed sheet unhygienic. Worst lighting in the premises and no sitting area. No social distancing. People at reception, arrogant and cunning goons. They don't even know names of consultant doctors. Troubling patients to extract more money on the side. They told me that doctor does not work here (after the doctor told me she will see me there at four.) That receptionist had the gall to say don't you know that no doctor works in a hospital between 3-4pm. (The doctor was already on the way)
One of the worst hospital ever seen...KGH has better maintenance than this....Nurse or school ayya no difference both behave the same way. Full money minded. Don't dare to enter inside this hospital. First payment......even u die in front of them they won't touch you until you pay them.
