Nice place to hang out. Veg as Wel as Non Veg Menu both are available here.Good thing is owner also own pub which is next to the Restaurant, so if you need to get HIGH you always have an option available. Very Popular amogest the youngesters.
Great bar, reasonably priced, good service, courteous staff, (I wouldn't recommend the food though), still for the place and price its doable if you're desperate. They have changed the name to Sim-Dip but Dutta Restaurant and recently Bar is still the more acceptable and known name.
also know as SIM DIP BAR . ok for drinking purpose but food here is worst. once ordered tandoori chicken and lemon chicken and that was the worst chicken I had ever eaten. not going next time there.

Okkayish. If you are from Sainik Colony and need a place to drink, this the go-to pub-cum-restaurant. Not so tasty food.
