I am very unhappy with Barna &your service people.Nobody in reception. We reached there 3/10/23 & vacate the hotel 7/10/23 early morning.Due to natural disaster road is damaged.Return time car charges high.Barna did not contact us & don't bother us as because he was out of hotel.Barna did not comunicate the actual car hike.When we start for kalimpog on7/10/23 morning after payment of your hotel & car hire charges.After starting journey car driver Mr.Paul asked me to pay Rs. 3500 extra for road diversion.Then I contact Barna for negotiate the extra charge.Barna then disconnect the line.After that his phone not connected anymore.Then we convinced the driver Paul that we will pay Rs3000.Barne has taken extra charge or commission from the driver.For these reason we have to pay higher than the standard fare.Barna is worthless ,he has no capacity to handle the guest.

The main attraction is garden and lawn here. Parking is also available.
MG marg is just 1 KM away and will cost Rs25/ head in a shared taxi to reach MG marg. A great choice of stay will be The Mazong Hotel by Silverwood.
It was pleasant stay at this resort. It was kind of Bagan Bari experience which is very unusual in hill stations like this capital city of Sikkim Gangtok. I will recommend everybody to stay here during their trip to Gangtok.
I visited this hotel recently. If you like to enjoy nature you should visit this place. The total hotel area is surrounded by pretty flowers which will give a pleasant feeling. Rooms were good, other services was also very nice.

If you are a first timer in Gangtok then do stay at this place. You will be assisted quite helpfully.
And the food here is simple, fresh and amazingly tasty.

Amazing hotel with amazing views of mountains and other sceneries....the rooms are also very clean and tidy
We stayed here for three nights and will definitely come back if we are in Gangtok. Very convenient location and beautiful views from this place. Well kept garden areas and the rooms are very big. They have a lot of options when it comes to what suits you in a room. The food is great! Great hosts too. Lot of eateries around if you go out and walk a little. They have four wheeler parking. They accommodate special requests too. Great wifi if you are planning to work from here.
AND its pet friendly! We had our one year old fur baby and she had a great time in the outdoor garden space. They helped us with her food too.
Myself and my family feeling awesome in stay hotel ' the Masong'. I found everything is very good and manageable like food, staff, room etc. My kids always want to stay in hotel because of the very friendly behavior of the manager. I would like to give a special thanks to Barno pal for all our support. Specially sitting in the room, the sound of the mountain spring impressed me.
