Silversands Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Devaneri, Mahabalipuram - Chengalpattu, India

The rooms are good but found leakage in the ceiling (it rained and we saw water dripping inside)The toilet/bathrooms could be better maintained (one room was good while the other was stinking). The cost is above par. Property location is very good. It is managed only by few guys and hence service might not be upto the expectation of a resort. Swimming pool is very good and well maintained. The food inside is extremely costly and does not have much variety. While, you may think of getting food from outside (not much options though)

It has been a nice trip to admire and enjoy a lot in this place. The workers were pleasant and friendly throughout the vacation.

If your visiting with small family u will surely feel discomfort with this resort but if you are in group u are lucky to have such a big place with nature oriented resort..Not even 1 good thing it have all are old items which u can't even touch for use...i dnt understand how it comes 2nd in Google reviews with such condition..please be cautious while selecting resorts thru review

had a good experience. polite and prompt service by staff. The Deluxe room was good. the pool was clean. if kid swimming equipment like a floating ring were available it would be appreciated. please change the doormatsbut a buffet breakfast would be great... it can be cleaner at the breakfast area with table cloths etc.. it was a perfect place to have breakfast. the food menu is too expensive .

Ambience was great, felt very natural. Room cleaning service was not upto expectations. Food was hygienic and good,but was little over pricy. There were lots of stray dogs. Room service numbers were available but there were no responses at all times. It will be a little better if the pools were maintained a little bit more. Good things were that they allowed pets, good weekend getaway for family .
