They twist their words! When you buy anything, they make many promises and clams but later on when u ask them to follow those comitted ones they say now the policy is changed.. they fool their customers. They said the jwellery can be returned within 30 days of purchase,but when i went on 21st day they said no we said its 15days return policy.

I purchased jewellery for marriage from jammu bhuplaza store about 7 lakh. There was gold and diamond shopping in it. Only one ring size not fit on my finger when I picked from store 2st time ring is very tight but after the issue I want to ask for loose it only .1 but the dealer suggest me for 2 point to increase size after that the ring is very losse on my finger after that I was again go to store for tight the ring but they treat and behaviour is not good they asked it's impossible to reduce the astrology rings . So plz don't go to silverlines jammu stores don't know about others. 0 rating bakwas dealing and services no choice for jewelry design old and bad quality low shine don't buy from jammu stores (j&k)
