Toilets are not clean, commode is getting shaked and not properly fitted and used water or urinals are splitting from it after the flush. A/C is not working at all it is juat in power ON mode but even it is in 16 no difference in the room temperature. Managed by using Fan as it is winter season. Check in is good but the facility is not good at all.

I booked hotel in then evening for the same day and when I reached hotel they denied me a room saying their daily tariff is 1400 and because I booked through OYO for lesser amount they cannot provide me a room. The truth was they took the booking but they had a customer walk later whom they charged higher and very conveniently denied me a room since they had limited availability. OYO also was no help and all they did was to switch me to another hotel which was cheaper and 10 kms away from here. I finally requested a cancel and had to find another one in middle of the night. Honestly not worth more than 1000 rupees so if you get higher amount, I suggest you look at other options close by. I stayed there for 2 week and switched few rooms because AC was not cooling properly. had booked for 800 per night which I though was reasonable assuming they provide a room with AC that cools.

They have some rates tarrif and when we book via call center, don't know what room they will be booking. Ground level to 2nd level tarrif changes and the amenities as well. Food is good and rooms are clear, but they should specify the tariff for rooms and make that as select options while booking. And more specifically your complaints will never be resolved.

The price quoted in the app is different and they ask you to pay extra when u go there for check in . If the price is not correct on the app its their problem and they are responsible for it .Why can't they just quote the original price if thats true. The guy on the reception is so annoying the way he speaks to people makes us super irritated quickly.

My experience in the Oyo Townhouse 966 wasn't good. First I got a room where the comfort sink was totally broken and got dirty towels. Then I asked for replacement where I got another room and in that room the previous tenant had smoked so it was smelling awfully smokey even the wardrobe door was totally broken. So I again asked for replacement and told them to get a better room, then finally I got a better room but in those 3 days of my stay there's no wifi connection.

They charged us almost double the rate which we have already paid in Oyo app, disgusting they are saying if you want to pay we can provide you the rooms if not you can arrange a new room. There is no refund on what we have paid, very worst service they don't care abt the customer , Oyo is cheating us

i highly advice you to avoid this OYO. firstly the rooms are very small congested and secondly AC was not working even after telling 3 times no one came to fix it. no dustbin totally disappointed i came with my fiance i regret coming here. worst OYO ever.

Property Manager Denied the Entry. While I observed those who came without Oyo booking they were giving rooms. I wasted hours to sort out. Finally I requested for refund. Beware booking these worst properties. Pathetic service and Response.
