"It was a great experience. Lovely place, excellent staff. Very close to the station. Best part is coffee and tea available on all floors in the corridors. Great stay.
Bed sheet and pillows are not changed as per request.
Asked multiple time, but not changed.
Hot and cold water is available. Also tea, coffee, sugar and milk powder available, so can use it.
I have stayed in this hotel for many times I haven't felt disappointed good stay and good behaviour from the staff

Location is near Pallimukku junction but vehicles have to take a long turn since the road where the hotel is one way. Rooms are spacious but bathroom cleanliness could have been better. Bucket was broken and in our room toilet was choked. Overall decent stay for couple of days.
Rooms are spacious enough
Overall pleasant stay. However, some services like providing extension line (although present it was torn apart in my case), cleaned kettle, providing early breakfast, TV etc should be ensured. Services were good as the person in charge were very must attendive to my needs. Rooms provided were good and within budget limit at city centre itself.
It was nice experiance to stay in Reach Hotel. The reception boy was well mannered and very friendly person. Special thanks to that men. only drawback is the bedsheet, pillow, Towel are very dirty. So please noted this to the hotel authority. And serve for the good one. Anyway thanks.. Reach..
